Prior to arrival, our concierge team will assist in thoughtfully planning your visit. Once in Key Largo, your journey begins with a short, ten-minute boat ride to your floating bungalow. We encourage stays of two nights or more, allowing the mind to fully unwind and to settle into island time.

We take guests’ safety seriously, so please read the following information to ensure your adventure goes smoothly.
In our water bungalows, you will find lifejackets, a first-aid kit, fire extinguisher and two-way radio. There is also cell service and Starlink Wi-Fi.
Florida boater safety law requirements
Although the water bungalows are not boats, they do fall under the Florida Boater Safety Law, which requires anyone born after Jan 1st 1988, to have successfully completed a boating safety course or to be accompanied by someone who was either born before 1987 or who already holds the above license.
You also have another option to comply with the Boater Education Law, which is a temporary certificate (TC) valid for 90 days. The shorter online knowledge check is an exam that can be accessed through an electronic device at any time, whereby the applicant is required to answer a series of 25 questions selected randomly from a larger bank of questions. The exam has unlimited attempts, and once passed, the applicant will be provided with an electronic temporary certificate showing the score & successful completion.
You will also be required to complete a digital boat rental agreement, which will be supplied with your booking confirmation. Once completed, we will need to receive this along with your chosen boating licence and photo ID for verification before your arrival and check-in.
Communication on board
At the meeting point, we will discuss what form of communication you would prefer once you are on board. You will be provided with a contact number for a staff member in case of unforeseen emergencies & the 24-hour contact number for the Coast Guard in the event a rescue boat is required.
The floating bungalows are located offshore & can only be accessed by boat.
There is room for 2 large cases, which can be stored in the floating bungalow under the nook seating.
Parking is available at the meeting point at Snooks Bayside Restaurant.
Each floating bungalow is fully equipped with a refrigerator stocked with drinking water, a microwave, a coffee/tea machine, and a sink so that you can bring any supplies aboard.
We operate a strict no-smoking policy on our water bungalows.
You’ve taken the exciting step to enjoy a unique experience with memories to last a lifetime. With your comfort at the forefront of everything we do, you can expect an ultra-comfy king-size bed & automatic window blinds for restful sleep.
With Bluetooth connectivity, you can play your favorite tunes & stream films on the flatscreen TV with onboard Wi-Fi, or curl up with your latest read in the seating nook framed by breathtaking ocean views.
Outside, you will find a kayak and paddleboard, along with snorkel masks and fins for your water explorations. Enjoy relaxing on the deck and savoring the moment when life stands still. Two Adirondack chairs and a foldaway table and chairs provide the stage for sunset dinners beneath a canopy of the star-studded dark skies above.

Our cancellation policy
Being at one with nature means being at one with Mother Nature. We want you to have the optimum Ombi experience every time. This may mean that unprecedented weather conditions could result in cancellations, as we will prioritze your safety and enjoyment. In the event of weather-related cancellations, we will do our utmost to rearrange your experience or cancel your booking and refund you in full.
