If lazy days above water are more your style, grab a paddleboard and head out from your overwater bungalow towards the palm-fringed horizon and mangrove-lined bays where playful dolphins revel and protected manatees are known to graze the rhythmically swaying seagrass beds.

The check-in time is 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 11:00 am.
Transport
The floating bungalows are located in the calm bayside waters off the shores of Key Largo. Return boat transfers are included.
The meeting point is at Snooks Bayside Restaurant off mile marker 99.5. Your captain will greet you and take you to your water bungalow by boat.
We take guests’ safety seriously, so please read the following information to ensure your ultimate experience goes smoothly.
In our floating bungalows, you will find lifejackets & a first-aid kit onboard.
Florida boater safety law requirements
Although our floating bungalows don’t look it, they are classified as vessels. This means they fall under the Florida Boater Safety Law, which requires anyone born after Jan 1st 1988, to have successfully completed a boating safety course and be in possession of a Florida Boating Safety Education ID Card or to be accompanied by someone who was either born before that date or who already holds the above card.
You shouldn’t worry about taking the full boater’s safety test. There is a temporary certificate (TC) option that is valid for 90 days. The shorter online knowledge check is an exam that can be accessed through an electronic device at any time, whereby the applicant is required to answer a series of 25 questions selected randomly from a larger bank of questions. The exam has unlimited attempts, and once passed, the applicant will be provided with an electronic temporary certificate showing the score & successful completion.
When you complete the test, send a copy of your results and boating license to [email protected]. Remember, this certificate is only good for 90 days, so do not take it too soon before your reservation.
You will also be required to complete an insurance waiver, which will be emailed to you.
Finally, the day of arrival, we are required to have you fill out a rental agreement with your captain. It basically states that you are renting a vessel for use. To clarify, however, you will not be permitted to move our floating bungalow and we ask that you refrain from going near the engines.

Communication on board
At the meeting point, we will discuss what form of communication you would prefer once you are on board. You will be provided with a contact number for a staff member in case of unforeseen emergencies & the 24-hour contact number for the Coast Guard in the event a rescue boat is required.
The floating bungalows are located offshore & can only be accessed by boat. A return boat transfer is included in your reservation & all timings will be confirmed with your captain.
There is room for 2 large cases, which can be stored in the floating bungalow under the nook seating.
Parking is available at the meeting point at Snooks Bayside Restaurant.
Each floating bungalow is fully equipped with a refrigerator stocked with drinking water, a microwave, a coffee/tea machine, and a sink so that you can bring any supplies aboard. Sample the local delights with our complimentary welcome basket, including Key lime pie and fresh fruit.
We operate a strict no-smoking policy on our water bungalows.
You’ve taken the exciting step to enjoy a unique experience with memories to last a lifetime. With your comfort at the forefront of everything we do, you can expect an ultra-comfy king-size bed & automatic window blinds for restful sleep.
With Bluetooth connectivity, you can play your favorite tunes & stream films on the flatscreen TV with onboard Wi-Fi, or curl up with your latest read in the seating nook framed by breathtaking ocean views.
Outside, you will find a kayak and paddleboard, along with snorkel masks and fins for your water explorations. Enjoy relaxing on the deck and savoring the moment when life stands still. Two Adirondack chairs and a foldaway table and chairs provide the stage for sunset dinners beneath a canopy of the star-studded dark skies above.

Being at one with nature means being at one with Mother Nature. We want you to have the optimum Ombi experience every time. This may mean that unprecedented weather conditions could result in cancellations, as we will prioritze your safety and enjoyment. In the event of weather-related cancellations, we will do our utmost to rearrange your experience or cancel your booking and refund you in full.
